How to Delete Your Account

We respect your right to delete your account and all associated data. To request account deletion for the Ask Miles MCC app:

    Send a Deletion Request

    Email us at admin@a2z-soft.co with the subject line "Account Deletion Request — Ask Miles MCC".

    Include Your Account Details

    Please include the email address or account identifier associated with your Ask Miles MCC account so we can locate it.

    Confirmation

    We will process your request within 7 business days and send you a confirmation email once your account and all associated data have been permanently deleted.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

  • Your profile information and preferences will be permanently removed.
  • All saved cards, transaction history, and app usage data will be deleted.
  • This action is irreversible — deleted data cannot be recovered.
